www.Cazbak.com ("website") is owned and operated by Cazbak Inc. (referred to as "Cazbak", "we" or "us"). The use of this website is subject to following terms and conditions ("Contract", "Agreement"). Please read and understand the below details carefully before enrolling as a member ("you", "Member" or "user") of the website. By registering, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us on the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms or conditions stated below, you are not authorized to use the services of this website. You should be aware that this Agreement may change from time to time without giving you any prior notice.

Cazbak Services
As a registered Cazbak member, you are eligible for earning percentage cash back or fixed cash rewards for most of your purchases you make at participating merchant’s website. When a user makes a qualifying purchase from a merchant’s website, Cazbak gets notified for that purchase by the merchant. In order to earn rewards or cash back, we must be notified by the merchant that the user’s transaction is successfully tracked and validated, and that the merchant must pay the referral commission to Cazbak. When you make such a qualifying purchase with the participating merchant, Cazbak earns commission from that merchant on net purchase, a part of which is returned to the user as cash back earnings. A net purchase doesn’t include tax, shipping, gift cards, promotional credits, returns, cancellations, and other fees charged by the website. Also, user must not use any third party coupons, gift cards or promotional credits other than offered by Cazbak; as such transactions may not qualify for earning cash back rewards. Cazbak reserves the right to determine whether or not a purchase made by a user is a qualified purchase.

Remember you can earn cash back for only those purchases which you start at Cazbak website by clicking a link to visit a merchant’s website. A user must complete a purchase in a single session after getting redirected to the merchant’s website. Purchases completed in different sessions may not get tracked and hence may not qualify for rewards. We make all the efforts to put up-to-date information about cash back offers associated with our participating merchants. However, From time to time merchants may change the commission paid – in which case the cash back offer illustrated on our website may be incorrect or out of date. We will credit your account in line with whatever credit we receive from the merchant – be it more or less than indicated on our website. All cash back payments earned by Cazbak users are subject to review and Cazbak reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to the user’s account and earnings.

Merchants have their own rules and regulations to determine if a purchase is valid and qualifying. If a merchant fails to report a transaction to Cazbak or for any reason delay or withhold the commission to Cazbak, we cannot be held responsible and we reserve the right to cancel or delay cash back rewards for such transactions. We try our best to track and report your qualifying purchases, but we cannot be held responsible for any missing or delayed transaction as we don’t have any control over such issues. In such scenarios, decision made by Cazbak or the merchant is final and we reserve the right to stop chasing missing commissions at any point of time. In the event that an error is made by Cazbak, your sole remedy shall be the credit of the disputed cash back reward to your Cazbak account.

If found that the Cazbak website is being tampered with in any abnormal or abusive way, we may terminate your account and all your earnings may become forfeit. Any transactions deemed to be suspicious may be subjected to verification by us and/or the merchants involved, and further information on your transactions may be requested from yourself, which may be shared with the merchant and its agencies.

Cazbak links to many other websites for information and as a service to our users. We are not responsible for the content of any linked site and by linking to other sites, we are not making any kind of endorsement and we accept no liability in respect of the content. We do not guarantee that links will work all of the time and cannot control the availability of the linked pages. If you deem any link inappropriate or offensive, or find any link not working, please let us know so that we can take necessary actions.

In case of any legal, security, technical or other reasons, we reserve the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any aspects of Cazbak Service. We will make all possible efforts to notify the users in advance for any of such planned actions, except where it is necessary to take immediate actions for security or technical reasons which may affect the Cazbak service. We will endeavor to provide service with minimum interruption to our users, however we cannot guarantee continuous access to the Cazbak Service and there may be times when Cazbak Service becomes unavailable due to technical or non-technical reasons for uncertain period of time. Cazbak is also not responsible for changes, discontinuation of any special offer or coupon or service termination of any Merchant store and any loss of earnings, benefits due to such action. It is the responsibility of member to make sure that all the offers and specials are valid. We reserve full rights to discontinue our association with any of the merchant at our sole consent without any prior notice to our members.

Further, Cazbak reserves the right to terminate the Program or any of its Services at any time with or without notice. Notification of Program termination may be sent to your Cazbak registered email address. It’s the sole responsibility of the user to check their emails and keep the Cazbak account information updated all the time to avoid missing any important information sent by us, and we cannot be held responsible for any such occurrences.

Payments and Adjustments
Cazbak payments are issued within 14 days of your request for cashout. Still receipt of payments may take longer than expected due to human intervention and inclusion of any third party services. User can request a payment as soon as a minimum threshold is accrued in the available earnings section. Minimum threshold for cashout request is $20 for payment via Check and $10 for payment through Paypal. It is your responsibility to provide correct and most recent information to us in order to receive your payments. Cazbak is not responsible for any payments applied to wrong Paypal account or sent to wrong address, due to errors caused by users or payment partners. Cazbak also reserves the right to put any payments on hold for investigating any unusual account activities.

Cazbak reserves the right to make balance adjustments or reclaim any posted earnings from user accounts in case of returns, cancellations, credits applied in error, commission not earned due to non-qualifying transactions, commission not paid by the merchant for any reason, and other events. Such adjustments can be applied to user accounts at any time by Cazbak at its sole discretion.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of US to become a Cazbak member. A person can only have one account. User of the account must be a human, no scripts or automated services can be used to avail the benefits of the service in any condition. In the event of fraudulent or abusive activity, Cazbak reserves the right to terminate your account and forfeit all your earnings.

As a Cazbak member, you are encouraged to review and understand your "My Account" section and make necessary changes for password and other settings. You must remember your password and it is solely your responsibility to keep the information confidential which may reveal your identity. Cazbak is not liable for occurrences of any unwanted activity in your account by someone else who uses your password.

You must assure that your email address on your Cazbak account is kept up-to-date and you access the email account regularly, as we will be sending you important information to that email address. Further, Cazbak reserves the right to terminate any account if a user is not reachable at the given email address.

Inactive/Dormant accounts
In order to minimize operational overhead, Cazbak reserves the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months. To avoid termination, you must log in to your account at least once in 6 months and make a qualifying transaction. Please note that any terminated account loses its earnings and a user cannot claim for earnings after the account is terminated.

Termination/Changes of this Agreement
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion for any reason, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to frequently check the Terms of Service page to determine and understand the changes. Your continued participation in the program after such modification shall be taken as your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to any modifications of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using Cazbak Services and end your participation in the Program.

Limitation of liability
We assure that Cazbak services will be provided with utmost care and proficiency with the intention to serve you better and meet our commitments. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements.

Cazbak or any of its associates with whom we have business partnership including but without limitation, merchants, online stores, joint development, marketing companies or any other business entity (each a "business partner") cannot be held liable for non-performance of Cazbak obligations. You agree not to take any legal actions against Cazbak or any of its business partners for not meeting our commitments and obligations.

In no event shall Cazbak be held liable for any damages, claims or losses incurred due to any of the following:

• Any loss in revenue, business or expected savings.
• A failure, delay or decision made by Cazbak administrators.
• Purchase or use of any product or services from merchants or suppliers, even if Cazbak has been advised of the possibilities of such damages, loses or claims and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
• A user’s inability to access the website and its services.
• Any dispute arising between you and the affiliate merchant.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Cazbak, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, damage and expenses that may arise out of or in connection with the use of this site; any violation of this Agreement by you or through your account or any infringement by you. Also, we give no guarantee of the accuracy of the information on this site and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and for any resulting damage or loss.

Miscellaneous /Disclaimer
The Cazbak website is provided ‘as is’ without any warranty. We do not guarantee that any services, merchandise or products offered by this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that faults will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or represent the full functionality, accuracy and dependability of the services and materials. Cazbak is not responsible for any damage caused by website access, or inability to access the site or your inability to earn cash back rewards from merchant.

In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to conflicts of law rules. You and Cazbak are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by this Agreement between Cazbak and Affiliate Stores or between Cazbak and any other business partners. Our failure to act with respect to a violation by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
