  - The order is cancelled or returned.
  - The goods or services are taken in bulk for resale or other business purpose.
• In case of any missing transaction, we try our best to track down your earnings but we reserve the right to cancel the cash back and/or terminate the inquiry. Please never make any purchases based on the expected cash back earning, as it is not guaranteed by Cazbak.
• Some stores do have policies and restrictions for cash back earning eligibility. These policies change regularly without prior notice. Cazbak reserves the right to cancel or delay cash back payment to their members if a merchant refuses to pay commission to Cazbak.
