How does the cash back process work?
Cazbak has partnered with hundreds of online stores and merchants to ease your shopping
experience. When we send quality consumers to the merchant website, merchants pay
commission to Cazbak for all qualified purchases. Instead of keeping the commission
with us, we send back major portion of the earned commission to the members, rewarding
them to be our elite shoppers.
How do I make sure that I am earning cash back?
In order to qualify for cash back earnings, you must start your shopping session
by logging in to your Cazbak account. After login, click on your favorite store
and shop as you would normally do. You must also make sure that your browser cookies
are enabled to allow tracking of your purchases. If you still experience issues,
you can contact us and we will try our best to get you your earnings back.
How long it typically takes to track any transaction?
Cazbak updates the earnings information as soon as the transaction approval is received
from the merchant. It typically takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days to
show your cash back earnings in your profile.
Do I need cookies enabled? Why?
Yes – Cookies help us track your purchases made at the participating merchant store.
We can then update your account with your earned cash back.
Can I combine coupons and cash back offers in a single purchase?
Sure you can… – If the merchant is a participating member of Cazbak, you can see
% cash back offering next to the merchant´s name. You can use coupons offered
by the merchant and still avail the % cash back for the same purchase.
What does different status messages mean?
Tracked - Your transaction has been tracked and reported
to us by the retailer. The retailer now needs to confirm this transaction.
Validated - Your transaction has been confirmed, and will
become payable when we get this cashback from the retailer.
Payable - Your transaction value can now be paid to you
subject to the minimum payout threshold.
Paid - This is the amount for which you have requested
payment and includes all previous payment claims for the retailer
Can I see my shopping history and total earnings?
Certainly – In your account section, you can see all your purchase history with
total earnings. You can also make specific searches to see a particular transaction.
Do all purchases qualify for cash back earning? *
Not always… Merchants do impose some limitations to their cash back offers. We try
our best to list these details on the merchant’s page on the Cazbak website. Cash
back is calculated on your net purchase only, excluding taxes, shipping and other
fees obliged by the merchant.
Coupons and discount codes obtained from sources other than Cazbak may void your
cash back earnings for that specific purchase. You can combine cash back and coupons/discounts
offered only on the Cazbak website.
We can deposit your earnings only if we receive the payment from the merchant. If
we don’t get paid by the merchant for any technical/non-technical reasons, we cannot
pay you either. We try our best to report your earnings to you in a timely manner
without much trouble. But if any of your acceptable transaction is not reported
to your account after a few weeks of your purchase, let us know and we will look
into that matter and do our best.
How and when do you pay your members?
Usually it takes a few days to track member purchases and post them on the member’s
account as "Tracked/Validated". Within 30 to 45 days of the purchase, the merchant
reports the approval of the cash back and pay commission to Cazbak. As soon as we
get the payment from the merchant, we report the earnings as "Payable", which can
be requested by the member anytime they want (subjected to minimum account balance
of $25). There is no fix time in a month when we pay all the members. If you have
at least $25 of earnings as Validated in your account, you can request a payment
instantly.
I have requested a payment but haven´t received it yet.
Generally payment requests (Paypal or Check) are processed a few times in a month
with the help of our administrators. When your request is processed, you will receive
an email confirmation and you can see the status of your transaction in your My
Account section. If the status of your transaction hasn’t changed for a few days
or if you cannot see the request details in your My Account section, contact us
with your request details and we will try to help you solve the issue.
